Shipping policy

Shipping at The 845: Italy

Customers pay shipping. Shipping charges and available services are calculated at checkout for the products and delivery address in your order. Item prices do not include shipping. The total shipping charge is shown before you pay. We do not offer storewide free shipping.

Supplier fulfillment and separate parcels

Our bath and spa products ship from the supplier connected to each listing. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking and shipping charges. The checkout combines the applicable shipping charges for your order. Promotions on a supplier's own website do not apply to this store unless we expressly offer the same promotion here.

Processing and delivery timing

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Review any dispatch or delivery estimate on the product page or at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date and no suitable estimate is provided. Inventory and carrier services can change. Creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling for a prompt refund of the unshipped items and their applicable shipping charges. We will obtain any consent required for a delay and cancel and refund when required if consent is not received.

Address, damage and delivery questions

Please check your address before paying. For an address correction, missing parcel, damaged delivery or incorrect item, contact us promptly through our contact page with your order number. For damage, keep the packaging and provide photos where possible so we can investigate with the supplier and carrier. A request to correct an address is not confirmed until we acknowledge it.

Large furnishings and finishes

Collections marked in development or inquiry-only are not available to order. Freight, installation and delivery terms for any future approved item will be stated before it is offered for sale.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not incur parcel shipping charges. Follow the delivery details on the individual digital product page.
