Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or other sensitive account information.

Returns require instructions first. Do not send merchandise to the correspondence address or to a supplier until we have confirmed the appropriate return address and instructions for your order.

For larger furnishings or finishes marked in development, contact us about your project. An inquiry does not reserve stock or create an order.
